Gluten Free

Gluten-Free Living, the New Normal

Imagine a holiday where you don’t have to explain yourself for the first time…
We manage our kitchen operations with great care, aiming for you to truly feel that sense of confidence when choosing from the buffet. At Sailor’s Beach Club, gluten-free is not a special request—it is a natural part of the holiday experience.

We have carried out a comprehensive kitchen transformation for gluten-free dietary needs. Our buffet items clearly labeled “GLUTEN-FREE” can be selected with confidence thanks to systems designed to minimize the risk of cross-contamination.

Gluten-Free Labeling System

Foods that do not contain gluten are clearly marked with a “GLUTEN-FREE” label. When you see this code on the information card, you can be assured that the product does not contain gluten protein.

As of today, approximately 750 food items have been analyzed for gluten content, creating a clear and transparent information system. As of 2024, the proportion of gluten-free foods served at breakfast, lunch, and dinner in our Savarona Main Restaurant has reached 80%.

Information for Guests with Celiac Disease & Gluten Sensitivity

Guests with gluten sensitivity can safely choose gluten-free products from our buffets thanks to our system.
For guests with celiac disease, which requires a higher level of care, we recommend requesting personal guidance upon arrival. Our restaurant supervisors will provide one-on-one assistance, guide you through the buffet, and, if necessary, involve our hotel doctor.

Our Approach to Minimizing Cross-Contamination

Although all production processes are handled with great care, the possibility of trace contamination is considered due to shared production areas. Therefore, guests with celiac disease are advised to make their selections together with our staff.
This system has been developed to raise awareness of gluten-free dining and to provide a safer food experience.

Transformation Without Compromising Taste

Gluten-containing ingredients have been replaced with gluten-free alternatives such as buckwheat, chickpeas, corn, lentils, and rice. Special gluten-free flours derived from these grains are used in our recipes without compromising taste.
